Blessing is a consummate Airport Operations specialist with training and certifications from ICAO, ACI and AFRAA. He has an outstanding work ethic with a commitment to team achievement and development of latent and hard skills in the Aviation Industry.

Blessing joined Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited over a decade ago and has served in various capacities over the years as he grew through the ranks. His core competencies include Airport Operations and Management, Customer Service & Team Building, Strategic planning, and Safety Management System gained through local and international trainings.

Blessing has a B.Sc. in Business Management from the University of Jos, Plateau State and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR) at the University of Lagos.
