Tosan Duncan is a professional with 23 years of progressive experience in the field of aviation, hospitality, banking, corporate and social communication, accountability, due diligence, international safety auditing, IOSA & ISAGO compliance, cultural etiquette, reputational security, process flow management, customer service and excellence.
Formerly Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at United Bank for Africa Ghana, Tosan was also Head – Commercial at Africa World Airlines, where she worked and trained on policy procedure and compliance. She demonstrates the ability to deliver mission-critical results to help shape the marketing pitch of the companies she has worked with.
In 2010 she became Head of Sales and Marketing at Virgin Atlantic Ghana; She holds a BSc in Economics and an MBA Marketing with several negotiation and leadership courses. She has also served as Strategic Business Development Manager Africa for BCD Travel UK and as Ground Services Manager – Training and Compliance at Virgin Nigeria where she oversaw the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) for Ground Services.
Tosan developed both the art and science of creating, innovating and delivering the right type of customer service to the client, most especially with the right experience of how the customer is made to feel.
